WELCOMING YOU TO WEEKEND & MIDWEEK SERVICES

 

 

Services will continue ONLINE for all service times. Midweek services will be online only through the month of December.

 

• Masks are welcomed and will be available. We are suggesting greetings with a wave and touchless expressions. 

• Every other row in the sanctuary will be blocked off for social distancing. 

• Disinfection occurs between every service opportunity.

• We offer digital connect cards and online giving.

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SEATING

• Families will sit by family unit, with 3-4 chairs spacing in-between on rows, potentially skipping every other row.  

• If you feel that your health may be compromised, feel free to continue to join us online for worship. 

• The primary bottlenecks for our campus are the hallways, restroom facilities, and children’s check-in/out areas. Maintaining the physical distancing, in-line with recommended guidelines, will limit our capacity.

• HP Welcome team will be available to assist in seating. All indoor Welcome team members will be wearing masks and red shirts.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT KIDS MINISTRY

​

• HP Kids & HP Kids JR.  (6 weeks - 5th grade) will be fully operational during each service with strategic disinfecting protocols. 

• There will be a streamlined check-in process before each service, to maintain appropriate social distancing.

• We will have a checkout process in place designed to make it a safe social distancing transition back to their parents.
